The difference between Super Mario Bros and Mario Bros is a lot! First came out Mario Bros which featured a static screen where you faught againts spikey guys that you could only kill by hitting them underneath and then jumping back to their level and kicking/running into them. There was also a POW block that would mimic the effect of hitting the bad guys from underneath. In Super Mario Bros it introduced "Levels" where you would complete one level and go to the next where you would experience new things such as underground levels and water levels. It also introduced Bowser who is the notorious arch enemy of Mario and Luigi.

Shame on you for looking for a NES Rom, nintendo still has the copy-write for a long time on these and you should not be downlinad them unless you are the original owner of them. But you can still download Mario 63 here. Make sure your right click and save as to your computer, and you can just play it from there anytime offline. If you really wanted to play the original Super Mario Bros you can download it from the virtual console on the Wii and play it anytime you want, the money still goes to the original creators (Nintendo) and they deserve the money they invested 25 years ago creating this great game.
